Today, I have two spring inspired cards that I created for the Tonic USA Design Team using the new Tonic Pattern Panel Dies and Nuvo Shimmer Powder. These products are so much fun to work with and can be used for a variety of projects – from cards to scrapbook layouts.

I have recently been inspired by watercolor backgrounds so I decided to make two cards, one featuring a painted background with a pattern panel overlay, and the other featuring a painted pattern panel, popped up on foam adhesive to give the card a dimensional look.
