Today, I have two spring inspired cards that I created for the Tonic USA Design Team using the new Tonic Pattern Panel Dies and Nuvo Shimmer Powder. These products are so much fun to work with and can be used for a variety of projects – from cards to scrapbook layouts.
I have recently been inspired by watercolor backgrounds so I decided to make two cards, one featuring a painted background with a pattern panel overlay, and the other featuring a painted pattern panel, popped up on foam adhesive to give the card a dimensional look. To see both of these cards come together, click on the video below!
I have provided links below to all of the products used for the project. And don’t forget to check Tonic Studios USA for more fantastic dies and other great products!

Hey Scrap Bosses! I am back with a product review of the Gemini Electronic Die Cutting Machine by Crafter’s Companion. In short…I LOVE THIS MACHINE! While there are many electronic die cutting machines on the market, I heard so many great things about this machine…I decided to give it a try.
Also, I was looking for an alternative to a standard crank turn die cutting machine; my poor shoulders cannot handle the pressure of trying to turn and crank through dies using a standard machine.
The Gemini comes in two sizes – the machine featured in my review is the large model; there is also a smaller model called the Gemini Junior. I’ve provided links to both products below.
Here’s what I love most about this electronic die cutting machine:
The Gemini comes with 6 cutting plates: (2) clear and one base, metal, magnetic, and plastic cover; each measuring 9 x 12.5 inches – great for large dies! Additionally, the machine comes with embossing Folders (varies by bundle), metal dies (varies by bundle), and an User’s Manual.
The Gemini is super easy to use…just plug it, turn it on, and GO!
This machine adds an even amount of pressure, yielding perfectly cut die and embossed images.
The die cutting process is quick!
The only thing I do not like about this machine is that it is a little loud when operating. However, in my opinion, the sound is not that much of a deterrent. Overall, I have gotten a lot of use out of this machine and plan to use it frequently for years to come!

Hey Scrap Bosses! I am back with new projects for my Creative Reconnection Series. Today on the Victoria Marie YouTube Channel, I am making multiple projects using the Lindsey Kit by Felicity Jane.
As a kit club subscriber and former Felicity Jane design team member, I have a ton of FJ product in my stash. This year I want to focus on getting more bang from my unused kits by making multiple projects with 1 kit. I have the tendency to make one, maybe two projects with my kits, then I put them away…where they stay in my stash for months on end.
I have decided that during my creative sessions, I am going to reconnect with my kit stash and challenge myself to make multiple projects with my materials versus hoarding them.
I’m so clever!
I hope you are inspired to reconnect with your stash and make multiple projects. Let’s break through our hoarding habits and have fun playing with the products we love!
Check out the process videos and photos for these projects below!
