If you are ready to kick back, relax, and hangout with an amazing group of makers, is online crop is for you! I have missed hosting this online event and thought it would be fun to bring it back for a limited time!

The theme for this online crop is: SUMMER FUN! Grab your summer themed scrappy stash and let’s get creative!

Enjoy a full weekend of fun scrapbook challenges, giveaways, Live Zoom Scrap and Chat Sessions, and an exclusive Livestream Session featuring lots of creative scrapbooking inspiration! This online crop will be hosted in a private Facebook Group specifically created for this event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Register for the Crop: To register for this online crop event, complete this Google Form. The deadline to register is June 25, 2024 at 11:59 am CST. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER June 25th!

Payment: You will receive a PAYPAL invoice within 24-48 hours after your Google Form has been submitted. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT of your PayPal invoice. Be sure to remit payment for this crop event through the PayPal online invoice. There is no other option for payment. NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to remit payment. 

Access to the Private Crop Facebook Group: Once your payment and Google form are received and processed, you will be sent the link to the Scrap and Chill Online Crop Private Facebook Group via email. Please allow up to 48 hours to admitted to the group. This Facebook group will contain everything you need for the crop weekend to include the crop Schedule of Events, Challenge Descriptions, Zoom links, a link to the Livestream session. You will also post your challenge submissions in the Facebook group. 

When you join the Private Facebook Group, you will be asked a Member Request Question. This question will ask you to verify your registration information. Approval is conditional upon verification of your registration and payment. This process could take up to 24-48 hours. If we cannot verify your registration information and payment, you will not be admitted into the private Facebook Group.

Participation During the Crop Weekend: You are welcome to come and go throughout the crop weekend! All live Zoom sessions and the exclusive Livestream session are recorded for replay. Additionally, the crop challenges will be posted at specific times during the weekend. Be sure to watch the How To Navigate the Online Crop Tutorial if this is your first time participating in this online crop. 

Crop Challenges: You will have 3 WEEKS to finish the challenges in order to be eligible for prizes! So there is NO RUSH for you to finish the challenges during the crop weekend! The challenges for this event are super flexible and can be used to create a variety of projects to include scrapbook layouts, travelers notebook spreads, planner spreads, cards, and more! There is a little something for everyone!

Registration is now open for the November 2022 Rock Your Stash Online Virtual Crop: Texture, Dimension, and Fibers! During this crop, we are going to focus on creating scrapbook projects (any format) using textured, dimensional, and fiber elements from our scrapbook stash!

Examples of Materials Include: Wood veneer, cork, puffy stickers, chipboard, glitter elements, twine, jute, acrylic, leatherette elements, clips, brads, and much more! Use what you have in your stash to create fun scrapbook projects of your choice!

The April 2022 Rock Your Stash Online Virtual Crop is just around the corner! Come join us on April 22nd -24th for this fun and relaxing online crop event! The theme for this month’s crop is: Old Stash + New Product!

This Crop Event Includes:

  • Stash Themed Challenges – All of the challenges for this crop are based on our theme, Old Stash + New Product! You will be challenged to make scrapbook projects (any format) using items from your stash and newly acquired scrappy goodies!
  • Live Zoom Scrap and Chat Sessions where you can hangout via Zoom with like-minded scrapbookers!
  • One (1) Live 45-minute Mini Class based on the monthly crop theme. This workshop is offered during one of the Live Zoom Scrap and Chat Sessions.
