The theme for this online crop is: SUMMER FUN! Grab your summer themed scrappy stash and let’s get creative!

Enjoy a full weekend of fun scrapbook challenges, giveaways, Live Zoom Scrap and Chat Sessions, and an exclusive Livestream Session featuring lots of creative scrapbooking inspiration! This online crop will be hosted in a private Facebook Group specifically created for this event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Register for the Crop: To register for this online crop event, complete this Google Form. The deadline to register is June 25, 2024 at 11:59 am CST. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER June 25th!

Payment: You will receive a PAYPAL invoice within 24-48 hours after your Google Form has been submitted. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT of your PayPal invoice. Be sure to remit payment for this crop event through the PayPal online invoice. There is no other option for payment. NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to remit payment. 

Access to the Private Crop Facebook Group: Once your payment and Google form are received and processed, you will be sent the link to the Scrap and Chill Online Crop Private Facebook Group via email. Please allow up to 48 hours to admitted to the group. This Facebook group will contain everything you need for the crop weekend to include the crop Schedule of Events, Challenge Descriptions, Zoom links, a link to the Livestream session. You will also post your challenge submissions in the Facebook group. 

When you join the Private Facebook Group, you will be asked a Member Request Question. This question will ask you to verify your registration information. Approval is conditional upon verification of your registration and payment. This process could take up to 24-48 hours. If we cannot verify your registration information and payment, you will not be admitted into the private Facebook Group.

Participation During the Crop Weekend: You are welcome to come and go throughout the crop weekend! All live Zoom sessions and the exclusive Livestream session are recorded for replay. Additionally, the crop challenges will be posted at specific times during the weekend. Be sure to watch the How To Navigate the Online Crop Tutorial if this is your first time participating in this online crop. 

Crop Challenges: You will have 3 WEEKS to finish the challenges in order to be eligible for prizes! So there is NO RUSH for you to finish the challenges during the crop weekend! The challenges for this event are super flexible and can be used to create a variety of projects to include scrapbook layouts, travelers notebook spreads, planner spreads, cards, and more! There is a little something for everyone!
