CROP ROOM ACCESS: The crop room will open at 8:00 am on Thursday, April 9, 2020. The retreat ends at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 12, 2020. Guests will have 24-hour access to the crop room throughout the event.
- Crop Time: 24-Hour Access to the retreat crop room for 4 DAYS! This retreat is “crop heavy” – you will have tons of creative time to work on projects!
- Table and Chairs: Each guest will have one 6-foot table with a chair. The crop room is close to the hotel lobby and bathrooms.
- Complimentary Hot Breakfast courtesy of Holiday Inn Express ® Elk Grove Hotel for hotel guests only.
- Snacks, Hors Devours (hot/cold), and Drinks: Snacks, heavy hors devours (hot/cold), soda, coffee, tea, and bottled water will be available throughout the event. NOTE: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are NOT provided at this event. The Elk Grove area has several dining options, all within minutes of the venue. Guests are responsible for their own meals.

Cost: $350.00 USD per person
Hotel and Lodging Information:
HOTEL GROUP RATE: = $129.00 per night (A group registration link will be sent via email by September 1, 2019.)
NOTE: Guests are required to book hotel accommodations directly with the Holiday Inn and Suites Elk Grove® Hotel, NOT through Victoria Marie Designs. The retreat registration price does not include the cost of hotel/lodging, taxes, gratuity, or related costs. Guests are strongly encouraged to share a room with a friend to save on hotel costs!
OPTION 1: Full Payment – Guests are welcome to remit the full payment of $350.00 (includes non-refundable deposit) at time of registration.
OPTION 2: Payment Plan – Guests are welcome to participate in the Victoria Marie Designs Retreat Payment Plan.
First, remit a Non-Refundable Deposit of $50.00, due upon registration to hold your spot for this event. After the non-refundable deposit is received, guests will receive a PayPal invoice for two (2) payments as follows:
- Payment 1 (Due 9/30/19) = $150.00 – Invoice sent on 9/1/19
- Payment 2 (Due 11/30/19) = $150.00 – Invoice sent on 11/1/19
