Retreat/Event Refund Policy

Due to the up front costs associated with coordinating and hosting the Victoria Marie Scrapbook Retreat and other events, we are not able to issue a refunds for any event/retreat under any circumstance.

Sell Your Spot: Retreat/event guests are welcome to sell their spot to another attendee through Victoria Marie Designs ONLY. To start this process, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Contact Victoria Marie Designs at victoria@victoriamariescraps.com to request a cancellation and to sell your retreat/event registration.
  2. Victoria Marie Designs will consult our retreat/event waitlist for an available attendee and/or post a call for a replacement on the Victoria Marie Facebook business page and private group. Please notify Victoria Marie Designs if you have a recommended replacement. We will reach out to that person directly.
  3. Once a replacement has been confirmed, the new attendee is required to complete and submit a retreat/event registration form and remit full payment to Victoria Marie Designs.
  4. Once payment and registration has been received and confirm by Victoria Marie Designs, you will be contacted via email and reimbursement of your of registration fee (less the $50.00 non-refundable deposit) will be remitted via PayPal. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
