Oh boy! It’s that time yet again when scrapbookers all of the world (well, some of us at least) are about to dig into another year of December Daily. I thought I would kick off the season with a little look at my 2016 December Daily 4×4 album.

In 2016, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to dig into a December Daily project – I was super busy and a bit tired from the hustle and bustle of starting a new business, family obligations, holiday events, and on and on. However, I kept eyeballing a small 4×4 album that was gifted to me by a scrappy friend and I therefore made the decision to do December Daily but only focusing on the highlights of my holiday – a few pictures and embellishments with a bit of journaling.

The process started out great, but toward the end I tuckered out and lost interest. I don’t know if it was the size of the album or if I just wasn’t motivated to finish, but I hoped off the December Daily train and left my little album in the dust!

So here I am…finishing my DD album before I prepare to work on my 2017 album (more on that later). And you know what…it’s okay. There are no rules when it comes to December Daily or any other scrapbooking project. Sometimes the process just ebbs and flows.

It’s all good!
